Vincent was born on June 19, 1928 and passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018.

Vincent was a resident of Miami, Florida at the time of passing.

He was active in the US Navy from 1945-1949 and was awarded the American Area and Victory Medals.

Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
