Dr. Goldberg was born on November 19, 1925 and passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018.

Dr. Goldberg was a resident of Miami Beach, Florida at the time of passing.

He attended Emory University in Atlanta where he graduated from their newly established Dental School in 1946.

Fred moved to Miami Beach with his parents in the late 1940's to establish his dental practice before enrolling in the United States Army.
